The Exhibition

The exhibition space is located in Building 2 (>ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute), where almost 50% of the sessions will take place. It is a specific exhibition space with a limited space to up to 9 table top stands.

Larger floor spaces with no material included are also available in the main foyer.

Exhibition Rates

1) Table Top Package includes:

• Two badges that include lunch boxes (2 pax / 3 days) and access to the Opening Ceremony only

• Exhibitor will be mentioned on Final Programme and Conference Website

• One registration to the Conference (Member / Non Member / Student)

• One white back or lateral wall

• One colour printed K-Line board with image of the company (approx. 225 cm x 1 m - final art not included)

• One large table (approx. 150 cm width x 100 cm large)

• Two chairs

• Storage space

• >Electric consumption and cleaning

COST: 950,00 € + VAT (20%)

Rate is in €uro, per unit including the service package as per description.

2) Book Launch or Project Show Case includes:

• Room rental with basic material for 4 hours (2 hour set up and maximum 2 hour use)

• >Production of one roll up with company image, approx. 216 cm x 100 cm (final art not included) and rental fee if support structure

• Sound and projection system including set up

• Printing of leaflets to be inserted in all Conference bags (200 units, 21 cm x 10 cm – final art not included)

• >Book Launch or Project Show Case will be mentioned on Final Programme and Conference Website

• Electric consumption and cleaning

COST: 2 500,00 € + VAT (20%)
